Project: training – preparation of executives to dealing with crisis situations

Questia designed and delivered a training session for the executive team at CANPACK with the aim of providing the key personnel within the organization with the tools required to work with the media, with a special focus on responding to crisis situations. The training was delivered in the English language and covered both theory and practical exercises.
