Positioning Skanska to support the company’s business objectives

Questia’s strategic task was to position Skanska as the leading green office developer, desired BPO office space provider and leader in innovative office solutions on the Warsaw, Wrocław and Poznań markets. We provided the media (local, business and trade) with regular updates containing valuable and pertinent information regarding the company’s plans, strategy, insight into the office market and progress on a number of projects. This, together with effective expert positioning of Skanska’s CEO and other spokespeople, provided a platform for the company to present its key messages and communicate with the target audience which included tenants, real estate consultants, local authorities and people who care about their work environment. Questia also supported the client in applying for a number of industry awards.

As a result the number of publications about Skanska rose steadily from around 350 over a six-month period at the start of the project, to just under 1,000 over a six-month period three years later, with the number of media enquiries tripling over the same period. The company also won several prestigious industry awards including Eurobuild, CEEQA and CEE Retail awards.
